J2 Integrity Solutions (J2IS) was officially launched in 2023, but its journey began years earlier when founder Jessica Johnson envisioned creating a business driven by purpose and integrity. Inspired by a friend's suggestion, Jessica turned her passion for nurturing talent, fostering growth, and upholding values into a meaningful venture. In 2023, Jessica achieved her long-term goal by founding J2 Integrity Solutions LLC, taking on the role of CEO with a commitment to lead with passion, integrity, and a vision for the future. Relying on her skills and staying true to her faith, she created a foundation for a consulting business built on purpose and excellence.

Leadership, Transformation, Impact:
From 2021 to 2023, Jessica served as a System Director for a large academic healthcare system, where she led a team of over 400 full-time employees and managed complex operations across the organization. In 2022, she took on the role of Vice President of Client Solutions, making a bold transition from healthcare operations to the vendor side of the industry. These experiences deepened her understanding of the industry and made her aware of the significant impact she could make by combining her operational expertise with a client-centered approach.
2021 - 2023
Relocation and Growth: In 2017, Jessica relocated from Marinette, WI to Hudson, WI taking on a new director role for an Academic, Level I Trauma, Safety Net Facility in Minneapolis, MN where she managed a team of 175 FTEs spanning across HIM, Coding, CDI, Revenue Integrity, Quality & Education, and building out a Provider Support Program. This was a pivotal step in her career, pushing her to excel in larger-scale operations and team development. During this time, Jessica became a registered health information administrator (RHIA).

Advancing in Leadership:
In 2014, Jessica completed her bachelor’s degree in Business and earned her first director position, overseeing a team of 35 FTEs. This role solidified her passion for leadership and strategy, driving positive outcomes in healthcare operations. She was blessed to work with an amazing team and lead through ICD-10 and EPIC transitions.
2011 - 2014
Early Career Milestones:
At 19, Jessica had her first daughter, balancing motherhood while pursuing her education. She graduated from tech college and successfully passed the RHIT examination in 2007 and landed her first coding job the same year. By 2011, she had earned her second associate’s degree, received organizational Lean and Process improvement training, and stepped into her first manager role, marking the start of her leadership journey.

Growth, Expansion, & Collaboration:
In 2024, Jessica expanded J2 Integrity Solutions by bringing on seven consultants to meet growing demands. The team served a diverse range of clients, from large healthcare systems to emerging start-up companies, underscoring J2IS’s adaptability and broad expertise in supporting various organizational needs.
